Unchained Lyrics is a podcast that uses the power of Artificial Intelligence to amplify the voices society forgot. Created and scripted by incarcerated writer and criminal justice reform activist Randy Baggett, this show transforms raw, handwritten lyrics by men and women behind bars into fully produced songs using AI-generated vocals and Suno-driven music.

Each podcast episode is hosted by fictional character Michael Scofield, who embodies the clever defiance and quiet rebellion of those navigating the prison system with dignity and fire. Through his voice generated by Eleven Labs' text-to-speech app, listeners experience stories, poetry, pain, and purpose that can't be muted by steel bars.

From redemption verses to revolutionary rhymes, Unchained Lyrics is proof that creativity doesn't stop at the gate — it just gets louder.

Terms of Use

By submitting lyrics to Unchained Lyrics, Spinning Songs with Suno, hereinafter, the podcast, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Assignment of Rights - You assign all rights, including copyright, to the submitted lyrics to my buddy Randolph Martin Baggett. This assignment allows him to use, modify, distribute, and sell the lyrics and any resulting songs without restriction.
  2. Songwriting Credit - While you assign your rights, you will receive songwriting credit if another artist expresses interest in purchasing or performing the lyrics.
  3. Use in Podcast - Your lyrics may be used to generate a song using Suno's AI and featured on the podcast, along with the style prompt used to generate it.
  4. No Compensation - You acknowledge that publication of your song on the podcast constitutes full consideration for the rights to your lyrics, and you will not receive monetary compensation for the submission, podcast feature, or any other use of the lyrics.
  5. Representation of Originality - You confirm that the lyrics you submit are your original work and do not infringe on any other copyrights or rights of third parties.
  6. In the event of a legal dispute, the laws of Florida shall apply, and the case will be litigated in a court located in Florida.
  7. Agreement to Terms - Your submission of lyrics constitutes your express agreement to these terms. If you do not agree, do not submit your lyrics.
